These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jili24. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Continued use of jili24 following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the jili24 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jili24 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be adequately established. Any winnings accumulated during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

To access real-money games and services on the jili24 Platform, you must register for an Account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jili24 Account. If jili24 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts may be suspended, any balances held in duplicate accounts forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required by its licensing conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password.
• Ensuring that no other person accesses your Account.
• All activities and wagers placed through your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying jili24 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

jili24 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect your Account. jili24 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

All funds deposited and held in your jili24 Account are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jili24 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your jili24 Wallet in real time or within the processing time specified for each payment method. jili24 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jili24 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are specified in the Payment section of your Account dashboard.

jili24 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or void a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. jili24 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

The following general conditions apply to all jili24 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim period, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated completion period, will expire and be removed from your Account automatically.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a game round:

Sports betting outcomes are determined by officially recognized results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC, FIBA). jili24 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome is subject to a formal inquiry, protest, or reversal by the governing body at the time of settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili24 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and bonuses, and referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automation tools, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to place bets automatically.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported immediately to jili24 support.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili24 Platform or its underlying technology.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward jili24 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or PAGCOR compliance controls.

All content on the jili24 Platform — including but not limited to the jili24 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, source code, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili24 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent from jili24.
• Create derivative works based on any jili24 intellectual property.
• Use the jili24 name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose or in a manner that implies endorsement by jili24.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jili24 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jili24's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili24 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

jili24 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis at all times.
• Any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected immediately.
• The Platform or its servers are free from viruses or harmful components — you are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on your own device.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jili24's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jili24 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. jili24 complies fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and strongly encourages all players to make use of the following tools available in their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jili24 Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or session termination after a specified play duration.

Either you or jili24 may terminate your Account and end the contractual relationship established under these Terms at any time, subject to the following conditions:

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your jili24 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. If there are active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, those bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon closure. Your real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned via your verified payment method.

Closure by jili24: jili24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jili24 is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud associated with your Account.
• You are found to be ineligible to hold a jili24 Account under Clause 3 of these Terms.

Where an Account is closed by jili24 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Account may be forfeited. jili24 will provide written notification of the closure and the reason, except where doing so would compromise a regulatory investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8792).

In the event of a dispute between you and jili24 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: Contact jili24 support via live chat or email to attempt an informal resolution. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to jili24. jili24 will provide a final written response within fifteen (15) business days.
3. PAGCOR Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved after jili24's formal response, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
4. Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms that are not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

jili24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for various reasons including changes to PAGCOR regulations, updates to jili24's product and services, changes in applicable law, or to address previously unforeseen circumstances.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — jili24 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or a notification to your registered email address or mobile number.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by immediate PAGCOR directive) may take effect immediately without advance notice.

Your continued use of the jili24 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
